CORE (NON BALANCE TRACK)
New plugin system that has the ability to add on modules. We have over 15 modules ready to help you in selling certificates for your company. You can create as many campaigns as you need and set any price. You can choose any module that will best fit your business.
BALANCE TRACKING CORE
Core structured to track balances. You can create as many campaigns as you need and set any price. You have the option of deducting any amount from the original purchase price. It also has a printable history that can serve as receipt, or use for bookkeeping.
Module to enable expiration to the certificates that you offer. You can select from no expiration to any time. One neat option is the editable wording for expiration, such as Valid Until, Redeemable by, etc. The settings for this module is global.
With this module your customers will have a way to personalize the certificate when it is purchased. On the front end, they will be presented with a checkbox to enable “Personalize” option, when checked it will bring a new drop down menu, where they can place who it is from and a brief message.
A module that enables flexibility. For example, if you’re a coach, trainer, masseuse, or a time base business you can set the minimum amount in admin side, so if a visitor places an amount less than your set minimum, it will show a warning to correct it. Very useful for time session establishments.
Another great feature that you can offer your customers. Let’s say you are a museum, tour guide, charter, or any type of group involvement, you can offer this option. Instead of creating many certificates, it can be set to only 1, it will be per group. The parameters are set in admin side of the plugin.
This is a new way to collect your customers mailing address. With this new information, you can send special promotions, or any related printed media material that your customer wants to receive. The information collected can be viewed in the CSV file generated from the Transactions tab.
CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS
Whenever you require a particular condition to be declared, you can place that info in the admin side, where it will print along with the certificate. This information will serve two purposes, one to inform the customer and two to place any printable promotions that you would like .
SALES LIMIT MODE
Anytime you have a set amount of certificates to be sold, you can use the sales limit mode. Once enabled, you can set how many certificates you’ll want to sell. Once that number is met, the certificate offer will no longer be available. It is also useful to create awareness for your offer.
SALES PERIOD MODE
Vouchers that need to be sold within a specified time frame can be accomplished with this module. You can set in your campaign the dates that certificates can be sold, once reached certificate form will not be shown.
PREDEFINED CERTIFICATE STYLES
You can present your customers with stylish predefined certificate styles. There are 8 styles to choose from, included is the default look, and a design your own color type. The settings are global.
This module will enable you to place any logo into each campaign. You can use it to promote a particular brand, service, or product. It is individually set, so you can have as many logos corresponding to amount of campaigns created.
USER ROLES ACCESS
With User Role Access module, you can restrict who manages the certificate for your business. For example employees, can handle certain operations. The settings page section is the only restriction and only “contributors” will have this special access.
OFFLINE PAYMENT METHOD
Businesses that want to accept payment other than Credit Cards or PayPal can do so through this addon. It can also be used to collect the customers information and follow up for payment. Very useful if you have a credit card or check processing system that we don’t support.
CUSTOM SERIAL NUMBER
If your business requires a particular serial number shown on the gift certificate, this module can help. It generates your set alpha/numeric convection. Also, the generated numbering will be sequential for all instances (purchases and non-purchases), so it can follow order. You can also show/hide the QR Code graphic.
WPGC DB BACKUP
An useful module to backup all of your certificates that are saved in the database. You can easily click to save and click to restore. Also an url is provided to set up a cron job (it must be done through your webhost control panel). An added option to delete non-completed, or non-purchased gift certificates is included, this way it will clear your db from null entries.
You can place several value amounts shown per single campaign. This will elimnate the need of creating a campaign for each value. Prices are shown as selectable radio buttons.
New module, You can place an extra charging fee per single campaign. You can label the fee in any way, such as Processing Fee, Service Fee, Convenience Fee, etc. These are useful for business that charge a customary gratuity fee. It requires Core v2.42 and up.
New module, You can discount any amount you choose per campaign. You can provide a discount per fixed amount or per percentage. These are useful for business that want to create an added value to your customer. For example, sell a eGift Card worth $100, but with a coupon code, visitor will pay less when applying, but yet receive the amount worth of the eGift Card, not the amount paid. It requires Core v2.48 and up.
